Purchased a Sundance spa from here last month. I have been very happy with the service and follow up. I had an issue when the tub was delivered and they immediately responded. I worked with Earl and he answered my questions and there was zero hard sell or trying to upsell me. If you want a tub without all the weird sell tactics I would stop in Idaho Spas
