Great experience purchasing Jacuzzi spa through Earl.  Was able to reach a fair price with extras that made the sale process easy and pleasant. Purchased a Sundance spa from here last month.  I have been very happy with the service and follow up.  I had an issue when the tub was delivered and they immediately responded.   I worked with Earl and he answered my questions and there was zero hard sell or trying to upsell me.  If you want a tub without all the weird sell tactics I would stop in Idaho Spas

I purchased a CalSpa from Idaho Spas years ago. Overall the experience was fantastic and we've enjoyed the spa. Recently the heater went out and very glad to say the customer service experience .... 7 years after the sale, was fantastic. Hadley, one of the long term folks there, is friendly, knowledgeable, and a rare example of going the extra mile ... or more ... to provide exactly what I needed.
